WINTER '07 COVER MODEL
Abigail Agbeyegbe was the first cover model to embrace the cover of Confidence Magazine during November for our 2007 winter cover 'The Black Model Issue'. Abigail stole the limelight in the United Kingdom on her first ever catwalk appearance in Kulture2Couture 2007. Leaving as the momorable face of the event, Abigail then went on to face bigger challenges and further success becoming an international face marking her talent both in the United Kingdom and her country of origin, Nigeria.
Abigail signed to Confidence October 2007 and in less than a few months she was featured in various magazines such as pride, Colures, Oh Yes magazine and more, participated in fashion shows both local and abroad. Not even more than half a year Abigail is now growingly recognised and already had international clients in her home Nigeria, with high exclusive interest from one of Nigeria's top designer, Dakova.
Abigail's inspiration develops from the likes of Iman, Kate Moss, Agyness Deyne, Alek Wek and Tyra Banks of which she claims have all played a part in breaking the norm and cycle of the expectations to a shocking and successful fashion model. As with most of our cover models, expect a lot from Abigail in the next couple of years.
